Hi there, Bee friends! It’s Bobbi Lemanski here with a couple of cute little snowman that I built from the ground up, literally! I’m sharing a sweet card using the Build a Snowman die set that comes complete with all the bells and whistles for super cute snow people. Maybe I should rephrase that and say “all the scarves and caps” instead. 🙂 Today, I’m using the following Honey Bee Stamps products:

Build a Snowman Honey Cuts die set

Pine Trees Honey Cuts die set

Tag Builder Honey Cuts die set

Tag You’re It: Holidays stamp set and coordinating die set ( I used the stamp set here, only.)

Bitty Buzzwords: Holidays stamp set and coordinating die set (I used the stamp set here, only.)

Crystal Kaleidoscope Stencil

Fancy Flakes Cover Plate

I made a 5″ X 7″ holiday greeting card and a matching tag using these products.

Holiday Greeting Card

This card measures 5″ X 7″. The card base, front panel, snowmen, hand cut snowy layers and pine trees are all cut from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock. I used my Honey Bee Background Blender Brush, Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and the Crystal Kaleidoscope Stencil to create the blue background. I hand cut the snowy hill layers and adhered them to the bottom of the scene. I used W3, W1 and W0 to add shading to the landscape. I applied watercolor splatters to the pine tree die cuts for festive snow-covered holiday trees.

Next, I die cut the snowmen and all the accessories that go with them from the Build a Snowman Honey Cuts die set. I colored the hat, ear muffs, scarf, bird, coffee mug, etc. I added black buttons, smiles and eyes using Nuvo Vintage Drops Black Board. The snow buddies, mug, bird and some of the pine trees (specifically, the forefront and middle trees) were attached to the scene using foam tabs. I added a few snowflakes at the top using flakes die cut from the Fancy Flakes Cover Plate.

Lastly, I stamped the phrases from the Bitty Buzzwords: Holidays stamp set in the corner on the front and added a phrase inside, too. The snowflake is from the Tag You’re It: Holidays stamp set.

Holiday Gift Tag

I die cut the tag using the largest tag in the Tag Builder Honey Cuts die set. I stamped the “merry and bright phrase in the lower corner from the set, Tag You’re It: Holidays stamp set. Two splattered, colorful pine trees were attached to the tag using foam tabs. Finally, I added dimensional drops to the trees in wine and gold and added a gold string to complete the look.
