Hello friends!! It’s Channin here with a new video!! Today I will be creating some colorful valentines with the adorable Soy Mate stamps and matching dies!! Watch to see how I color all the super cute images from this set and then build rainbow backgrounds with the Slimline Thin Frames Die Set.

VIDEO: Soy Mate Rainbow Valentines

To create these cards I first stamped several images from the Soy Mate Stamp Set in Memento Tuxedo Black onto white cardstock. I then copic colored the images and then die cut them out with the matching dies.

Next I die cut 13 scraps of colored cardstock with the Slimline Thin Frames Die to create a bunch of thin stripes. I then trimmed down some light pink cardstock to create three panels, two panels measuring 2 3/4” x 4” and one panel measuring 3” x 4 1/4”.

Next I adhered the 13 stripes to the panels with Precision Glue and then trimmed off the overhang with scissors.

When I finished the rainbows I then stamped sentiments onto the panels in Memento Tuxedo black and then add the panels to the front of A2 top-folding white card bases with foam adhesive. Lastly I finished the cards by adhering the images to the card front with either foam adhesive or liquid glue.

I hope you enjoyed today’s cards and video! Thank you so much for stopping by!
