Hello, friends! It’s Channin here with a some new cards and a new video to share! In today’s video I create some colorful patterned cards with the Hexagon Patterns Stamp Set on Kraft cardstock. I share a simple stamping technique that combines white and colored inks to create a layered dimensional look to your solid images.
VIDEO: Hexagon Patterns with White Ink on Kraft
First, I stamped a pattern with the Hexagon Patterns Stamp Set in Snowflake Stazon Pigment Ink on an A2 panel of Kraft cardstock.

I then stamped over the my pattern with the large solid hexagon stamp in a variety of Distress Ink colors (Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Mermaid Lagoon, Blueprint Sketch). I then repeated this process to create a second panel.

I then die cut one of the panels with the largest die from A2 Double Stitched Frames. I then adhered the panel onto an A2 top-folding Kraft card base. Next, I die cut three Hello’s using the Hello Honey Cuts and adhered them together. I then finished the card by adhering the Hello to the card front.

I finished the second card by adhering the panel onto an A2 top-folding Kraft card base and then adhering a second stacked Hello to card front.
I hope you enjoyed today’s cards and video! Thank you so much for stopping by!
