Hello friends!! It’s Channin here with a new video and card!! Today’s card features the fun House Builder Card Base and Coffee Shop House Builder Add-On Dies!! In today’s video I’ll demonstrate how I created this detailed coffee shop scene including how I stamped the interior scene and constructed die cut elements for added dimension and texture!

VIDEO: Coffee Shop House Builder Card

To create this card I first die cut the card base (white) as well as a front panel (pink) out using a die from the House Builder Card Base Honey Cuts die set. I then die cut openings out of the front panel (pink) with dies from the House Builder and Coffee Shop House Builder Add-On Set. Next, I traced the openings onto my card front. I then stamped my scene using the Coffee Shop House Builder Add-On Stamp Set in Memento Tuxedo Black. Once I finished stamping my interior scene I then stamped a few more images onto a scrap of white card stock and then colored all my images. When I finished coloring all my images I then die cut the few images I stamped onto the scrap cardstock out with the matching dies and set them and the card front aside.

Next, I die cut my door out of colored cardstock and then adhered the parts together. I then created my two striped awnings (roof and window) by trimming a white die cut awning up and adhering the stripes to a green die cut awning. Next, I stamped the shop sign in Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide onto pink cardstock, die cut it out with the matching die, and when I finished that I had all my parts ready to assemble my shop scene.

I first adhered the front pink panel to the card front. I then adhered the door and awnings and then finished by adhering the die cut images. When I finished assembling the card front I then adhered it to the card back using the die cut hinge and scor-tape. Next, I stamped a from the Coffee Stamp Set sentiment inside the card and then assembled a dimensional sentiment die cut with the Coffee Honey Cuts die set. I then finished the card by adhering my dimensional sentiment to my card front.

That’s it!! I hope you enjoyed today’s card and video! Thank you so much for stopping by!
