Hello! Jessica Frost-Ballas here from All the Sparkle with a new video for Honey Bee Stamps! Today I’m going to share a clean and simple holiday card that you can create in mere minutes this season when a sudden card need pops up (as they so often do!)! 😉

To start I stamped Merry Lights onto white cardstock with versafine and heat-embossed it with clear embossing powder before coloring the lightbulbs with copic markers. I used two shades for each light bulb to give them a little dimension. But if you’re pressed for time you could skip the embossing or just use one marker. When I was done coloring I die-cut the image with the coordinating die.
Next I placed the sentiment in my splatter box and lightly sprayed it with Silver Glitter Dust. The glitter dust applies a fine even sparkly mist over the entire image. While that was drying I die-cut a piece of patterned paper from the Holiday Traditions Paper Pad with the Double Stitched Squares dies and layered it onto a square white card base. I used foam mounting tape to pop up the sentiment and then finished the card by adding spectrum noir clear sparkle and nuvo crystal glaze to each bulb!
You could easily skip all the little embellishment steps I added if you’re pressed for time but really they don’t take long. It took me about nine minutes to create this card, not including drying time for the crystal glaze. And just for fun I made the card again without any of the embossing or embellishments and it took me three and a half minutes! So this holiday season when you find yourself needing a card like RIGHT NOW, I hope you’ll remember this clean and simple design!
