Hello crafty friends!! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these uncertain times. I have pulled another floral stamp set from my collection for today’s card!!

I began by stamping the images from the Spring Peony stamp set onto Bristol smooth cardstock with InkOn3 Fadeout Ink for some no-line coloring. After watercoloring them with Karin Brushmarker Pro markers, I fussy cut them out. (The Coordinating Dies are available, but I don’t have them, so I just cut them by hand.) I did add some detail with colored pencils.

For the background, I “ink-smooshed” Mustard Seed, Picked Raspberry and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Inks onto a panel of watercolor paper. Once dry, I splattered it with diluted black paint. After that was dry, I stamped the greeting from the Mother’s Day stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and clear heat embossed it.

The floral images were arranged and adhered at the top and bottom of the watercolor panel, trimming off the excess. Strips of black and white striped patterned paper from the Back to Basics Paper Pad were adhered to each side of a cardbase and the watercolored panel was adhered on top. “Mother’s” was cut from black and white cardstock with the Mother’s Day Honey Cuts, then popped up with foam adhesive.

That’s it for me today!! Have a great week…please stay safe and take care of yourself!!
