I have a friendship card to share with you today featuring a couple of products from the latest Perfect Day Release!! I absolutely LOVE the Lovely Layers Series and the Lovely Layers: Seashore Honey Cut Set is no exception!!
I began by die-cutting all of the layers of seashells and sea grass from white cardstock using the Lovely Layers: Seashore Honey Cuts. I colored them with Copic markers, added some detail with a white gel pen and adhered them together with Bee Creative Glue.
I wanted a really soft background, so I chose a piece of patterned paper from the Beach Vibes Paper Pad. I die-cut it with the second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set.
The sentiment is from the Seas the Day Stamp Set. I didn’t want it to detract from the scene, so I stamped it with embossing ink and white heat embossed it directly onto the background paper. I die-cut it with the Coordinating Honey Cuts and popped it back into place with foam tape, after adhering the panel to a white, top-folding card base. The sea grass and seashell in the back were adhered with Bee Creative Glue and the front two seashells were popped up with foam adhesive.
I really love how this turned out!! Those seashells are amazing!!
