Hello crafty friends! It’s official, Fall is here!! It’s my favorite time year. For my card today, I wanted to create a fall scene featuring a custom built scarecrow using the fabulous pumpkin and leaf images from the Pumpkin Patch stamp set.

To create this scene I used a few different Honey Bee stamp sets and dies which I’ve listed below:

For the ink blended background I used a blending brush and Distress Oxide Inks. I used a combo of Forest Moss plus Bundled Sage for the bottom half and Antique Linen for top half. I then splattered the entire inked panel with thinned brown acrylic paint.

I Copic colored the stamped images with traditional fall colors and then cut them out with the coordinating Pumpkin Patch Honey Cuts. I added the images onto the background with dimensional foam squares. I used the Fall stamp set and coordinating Fall Honey Cuts to add a part stamped and part die cut greeting. Lastly I added just a few Orange Soda Nuvo Glitter Drops randomly around the scene.
