Hello, Honey Bee friends!! Brenda here with a pair of birthday cards created with the Simply Stated Stamp Set, along with a few other goodies from the newest Happy Hearts Release!!
I began by stamping the beautiful floral images and sentiments from the Simply Stated Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added dots with a yellow gel pen, then cut them out with the Coordinating Dies.
Next, I die-cut the green heart patterned paper from the Happy Hearts Paper Pad with the third largest die in the Scallop A2 Card Frames Honey Cut Set.
I also die-cut the gingham paper from the Gingham Happy Hearts Paper Pad with the second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set and the green cardstock with the largest die in the same set. All of the rectangle layers were adhered to an A2 white card base with Bee Creative Glue.
The floral bouquet was popped up with foam adhesive and a few Crystal Glimmer Enamel Stickers were the perfect finishing touch.
I used the exact same Simply Stated Stamps and Coordinating Honey Cuts for my second card.
This time I used pink polka-dot patterned paper from the Happy Hearts Paper Pad and pink gingham from the Gingham Happy Hearts Pad.
The same Crystal Glimmer Enamel Stickers finish off the card. I love that these are clear with just a bit of sparkle!!
