Hi Bee friends! It’s Bobbi Lemanski here with a few projects using the new Painted Blooms stamp set and coordinating dies. I made a 5″ X 7″ greeting and a smaller, 5-1/2″ X 4-1/4″ card with a coordinating wax seal. I am using the following Honey Bee Stamps products:

Painted Blooms stamp set and coordinating dies

Painted Bloom Wax Stamper

Seal Wax – Marvelous Moments

Foil Script: Wishes – Hot Foil Plates

Gem Stickers: Farm Fresh Holiday

A2 Envelopes: Rainbow Birthday

The featured projects below are made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue for adhering my elements together.

Congratulations Wreath A7 Card

To make this 5″ X 7″ card, I stamped the flowers and leaves using Milled Lavender and Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Inks. Once they were stamped, I went back and added in a little more coloring to the centers of the flowers using an RV19 and RV55 Copic Marker and few accents of V09 and BV000 color. For the leaves, I’ve added YG65 and YG03. I used E49 for the brown vine. I like to add more color for shading and dimension, but it is not necessary. Stamping the flowers alone is beautiful. There are stamps for the centers to make them gorgeous. All of the image elements were die cut using the coordinating dies.

The “congratulations” word was foiled using Glimmer Foil in Gold and the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System and die cut using the coordinating dies.

For the background, I used XL Canson Watercolor paper and Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor paints to create a wash of lavenders and green colors. You can make this anything you like. I went back after it was dry and splattered green over the lavender areas for added interest in the the lower section.

I attached the blooms and leaves in a circular design to create the wreath. I used Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue to attach the wreath elements. Did you notice a few of the blooms and the sentiment stick out a bit more? They were attached using Scrapbook Adhesives foam tabs.

Sending Love A2 Card

For this this A2-sized card, I inked the flowers in Picked Raspberry with Seedless Preserves. I used the same green colors as the first card. “Sending Love” is also from the Foil Script: Wishes – Hot Foil Plates set.

I used one of my FREE BEE designer A2 papers (i.e., free pack you get with qualifying orders) for the background and added Gem Stickers from the Farm Fresh Holiday package in gold. The matching envelopes are from the A2 Envelopes: Rainbow Birthday pack.

Honey Bee Stamps has the sweetest wax stamper that matches the Painted Blooms stamp set. I used it with Seal Wax – Marvelous Moments to make these matching seals for my envelopes.
