Hello, crafty friends!! I hope this finds you all well!!

I have traditional red and green holiday card to share with you today featuring several goodies from the Make It Merry Release!! This came together really easily, thanks to the background paper!! Can you believe this was part of a free-bee in the last release?!?

I began by die-cutting all of the elements for the cardinal from two different colors of red, orange, black and white cardstock using the Lovely Layers: Winter Birds Honey Cuts. I layered and adhered the layers together with Bee Creative Glue and used a black glaze pen to add a tiny dot to the eye.

Next, I die-cut the pine branches from two different shades of green cardstock using dies in the Lovely Layers: Winter Greenery Die Set. The background free-bee was adhered to a white A2 card base, then the branches and cardinal were adhered with Bee Creative Glue, trimming the branches flush with the left side of the card base.

The sentiment is from the Let Nature Sing Stamp Set. It was stamped with Bee Creative Embossing Ink, white heat embossed, then cut out with the Coordinating Honey Cut. It was then popped up with foam adhesive. Red gems from the Make It Merry Gem Sticker Pack add a bit of sparkle and finish off the card nicely!!

If you didn’t get the Free-Bee to use as the background, you could easily make your own wreath using the Lovely Layers: Winter Greenery Dies!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a great week and I’ll see you next Tuesday!!

Brenda
