Hello friends. With “love day” right around the corner, I’m in full mode, making valentines for friends and family members. I have a friend who loves foxes so I thought this would be a cute “galentine” for Valentine’s Day. I’m using the following Honey Bee Stamps products to make this card:

Heart Hugs Honey Cuts dies

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY A2 Cover Plate Honey Cuts die

The featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue and for when I want more dimension, Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab for adhering my elements together. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size.

This 5″ X 7″ card begins with a light aqua blue cardstock front panel. I cut the HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY A2 Cover Plate Honey Cuts die from black cardstock. I glued strips of colored cardstock to the back of the words die cut using a white, apricot, and red cardstock. I kept the second “HAPPY” open, revealing the blue front panel. I used Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab to attach the die cut to the front panel.

Next, I die cut the fox pieces from an ivory and gold cardstock. I used Ranger Distressed Oxide ink in Crackling Campfire to color the gold pieces to create a rusty red colored fox. I added pink ears, pink cheeks, black eyes and a heart balloon with white string in hand. The hearts for the hand and the balloon were cut from red glitter cardstock. I cut additional hearts from red, apricot and glitter cardstock to tuck in the words. All of the hearts were cut using the Heart Hugs Honey Cuts dies.

Using the HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY stamp set and coordinating Honey Cuts dies, I added the “Valentine’s Day” sentiment to the lower right corner to complete the card.
