Hello, Honey Bee friends!! I have a fun Halloween card to share with you today!! There is just something about Halloween colors, don’t you think?!?

I started by stamping the spider web from the Happy Halloween Stamp Set onto Bristol smooth cardstock with Bee Creative Embossing Ink and embossing it with white embossing powder. I blended Mustard Seed, Ripe Persimmon, Seedless Preserves, Villainous Potion and Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks onto the panel with blending brushes, creating a circular blend from the center of the web. Be sure to buff away any residual ink that may be stuck to the embossing powder. I used the second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Set to cut out the panel and adhered it to a white A2 card base.

The spiders and sentiment are also from the Happy Halloween Stamp Set. They were stamped onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. I knew I wanted to use the “to my boo” sentiment as soon as I saw this set!! I filled in the letters on “Halloween” with colors of Copic markers that matched my ink-blended background, then cut the sentiment and spiders out with the Coordinating Honey Cuts.

All of the die-cuts were popped up onto the background with foam adhesive and this card was finished!!

I usually don’t give my husband a Halloween card, but I’m going to make an exception this year!! I just couldn’t resist this sentiment!!
Thanks so much for spending a bit of your day with me!! I’ll see you next Tuesday!!
