Happy New Years’ Eve Eve Everyone!
Can you believe 2020 is just around the corner? Wow, it feels like 2019 has just flown by. Today I have a fun card to celebrate the upcoming New Decade of the ’20s and I have to wonder what cool things the future has left to bring us.
CARD DETAILS
I began this card by blending out some polka dots in the background using DETAIL BLENDER BRUSHES and POLKA DOT BACKGROUND STENCILS. See links below for Distress Oxide Inks used.
I then die cut the panel using the largest frame from the DOUBLE STITCHED SQUARE DIE set, that I glued onto a black 5.5-inch square card base.
Then I die cut the largest star from the STACKING STARS DIES from silver glitter cardstock and popped that up with foam onto the center of the card.
Next, I die cut the HAPPY out of different cardstocks to layer and piece together. And as for 2020, I used the BEE BOLD NUMERIC DIES and added a gold shadow layer by slightly offsetting the numbers before bluing them together.
