Hello Friends! It’s Keiko From Happy Tree Studio and I have this sweet gift bag shaped bunny card for you today! The ’tissue paper’ insert can be pulled out to reveal a message or/and gift card.

To make the gift bag shaped card base, I die cut some pattern papers with Gift Bag Card die. The pink papers (both solid and heart pattern) are from the new Love Letters paper pad and the gray stripe is from Spring Lullaby pad. To decorate the bag a little bit, I die cut just the top part of the bag from pink paper and die cut again with Scallop A7 die to make the pretty scallop border. The insert was die cut from a piece of gray card stock and I layered the pink heart pattern paper just to the top so the insert piece is sturdy enough and easy to write my messages.

These cute bunnies are from Honey Bunnies set and heart balloons are from Loads of Love set. I stamped and colored the images (I used Copic markers) and then die cut them out using the coordinating dies. The tag die is included in the Gift Bag Card die set. I cut one out from dark gray card stock and white heat embossed the sentiment from Honey Bunnies set.

The sentiment on the insert is from Hugs Enclosed set and I white heat embossed them. I also used S.W.A.K. stamp with glitter embossing powder.

Before putting together the gift bag, I added some ribbon as bag handles (don’t forget to thread the tag!) and adhered the colored images on front. I added the balloons with liquid glue and the bunnies with foam tapes. Putting together the bag is super easy! I love using Precision tip glue for this (and everything else really!). Just add glue to all three tabs and adhere them together and it’s done!

As a final touch, I added a white Be Mine clay hearts to the tag and cover the balloons with glitter pen and added some white gel pen details. I also added a small bow to the tag.
