Hello, crafty friends!! I hope you’re week is off to a great start!!
By now, you know that I absolutely love all of the Lovely Layers Honey Cuts!! The Lovely Layers: Fall Foliage Dies are no exception!! I had so much fun mixing colors on the various foliage!!
I began by die-cutting all of the foilage in the Lovely Layers: Fall Foliage and the Rattan Basket Honey Cuts from watercolor paper. I watercolored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and set them aside to dry.
For the background, I die-cut a panel of white cardstock with the second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangle Die Set and embossed it with the Fanciful A2 Hot Foil Plate. It was adhered to a white A2 card base with Bee Creative Glue. The sentiment, from the Fall For You Stamp Set, was stamped onto black cardstock with Bee Creative Embossing Ink, heat embossed with white embossing powder and cut out with the Coordinating Die.
I blended some gold cream with my fingertip to all of the foliage die-cuts and basket. This really added alot of texture and shine to the embossed lines on the die-cuts!! I arranged the bouquet, adhered it to the back of the basket with Bee Creative Glue, then popped the whole thing up with foam tape. The sentiment and leaf on the bottom were adhered with a combination of Bee Creative Glue and foam adhesive. A few pearls from the Autumn Pearls Sticker Pack were the perfect finishing touch!!
