Hello crafty friends!! Brenda, here with you today!! I have a gift card holder to share with you that combines a some of the new Brie Mine release with some older products. The Gift Card Bag Honey Cut Die is so versatile!! I used it for some snowman bags here, but I wanted to create one that could be used for other occasions!! Let’s get started!!

I began by stamping the cake, cake plate, rose & leaves from the Piece of Cake stamp set onto white cardstock with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored them all with Copics and cut with the Coordinating Honey Cuts. Yellow cake with chocolate frosting is my favorite, so I colored the slice of cake in those colors! Next, I used the Gift Bag Card Honey Cut to cut the base of my bag from heavyweight white cardstock. The tissue paper was cut from a piece of pink plaid patterned paper. After tying some pink polka-dot ribbon on for the handles, I began to decorate the front of the bag. I used the Postage Stamp Squares Honey Cuts and a die from the Double Stitched Squares Honey Cuts to create a frame from pink cardstock. The Enjoy Honey Cut Dies were cut from the same pink cardstock and vellum. A square of the pink plaid patterned paper was adhered to the front of the bag. The frame, cake elements and sentiment were all popped up with foam adhesive. Finally, a trio of Be Mine Candy Heart embellishments finishes off the bag!!
