Hello friends! It’s Keiko from Happy Tree Studio today and I have this Hello card made entirely with die cuts. The design was inspired by the famous Strawberry Thief pattern originally by William Morris. Since it is all die cut card, it’s pretty easy to put together!

Here are the die sets I used:
Lovely Layers: Strawberries
Lovely Layers: Winter Birds
Lovely Layers: Wild Flowers (green leaves)
Lovely Layers: Anemone (small green leaves)
Bitty Buzzwords (hello)

I simply die cut all the elements and adhered them on the piece of A2 sized navy card panel. TIP: In order to estimate how much die cuts you need, you can lay out the dies you want to use on a piece of A2 panel to see how they fit. I usually start with bear minimum and add more here and there when needed.

For this card, I decided not to use foam tapes except the bird. You can use more to create a really dimensional scene! After adhering all the die cuts, I added some texture with markers but you can achieve a different look by not adding these details.  Adding these lines were super easy since these were already embossed by the dies.

As an added texture, I applied Glossy Accents to the beak, eye, feet and flower centers. I also created the pretty wax seal with rose stamper using the new Happy Hearts wax melts. I will adhere this to my sealed envelop with the new Wax Seal Stickers. This coordinates perfectly with the card design!

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Have a wonderful week!!
