Hello! It’s Bobbi Lemanski here, sharing some quick and easy cards for the holidays. All week, Honey Bee Stamps will be featuring clean and simple cards that are easy to make and reproduce. If you’re like me, my holiday card list is long so I need ideas that are fast and fail-proof. I’ve got a few 5″ X 7″ cards here, each with some alternative options to inspire you to make your own holiday 2019 cards. One thing they all have in common is that they are quick, easy and stylish for the holidays! I’ll be sharing tips along the way, too. 🙂

Honey Bee products used: Season to Sparkle stamp set, Layering Snowflake dies, Snowfall Background Stencil, Glitter Sticky Back Foam, NUVO Drops in Silver Lining
TIP: Eliminate the need to do multiple rounds of stamping by filling up your card space with bold designs and phrases. I used the Snowfall Background Stencil to quickly cover the fronts of these cards. A large scripty phrase from Season to Sparkle stamp set makes a bold impact with little stamping, too.

Here’s two more cards using the same products above, but just slightly different layouts. I added Glitter Sticky Back Foam in black and Nuvo Drops in silver to add some sparkle.
TIP: Use Glitter Stick Backy Foam with self-adhesive backing with the Layering Snowflakes dies for a glittery element. It eliminates the need to get out the glitter and glue and also allows dimension in one swoop! No sparkle mess 🙂
Nuvo Drops in silver add extra flair! A small rhinestone adorns the center of the snowflake.
TIP: Any of the designs shown can be easily adapted to any card size such as the popular, smaller A2 size.
I checked with our local post office and they indicated that these cards could be mailed using a one ounce, USPS Forever stamp. I would check with your local office, however. Sometimes, a slight amount of dimension (such as the foam snowflakes) on a card can require extra postage.

Honey Bee products used: Happy Christmas stamp set, Mini Pines Background Stencil, NUVO Drops in Gloss Red Berry
TIP: Use Blender Brushes with Distressed Oxide Inks to create quick, multi-colored backgrounds for more “wow.” I used Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron colors with the Mini Pines Background Stencil. The Blender Brushes are a must-have tool and they come in two sizes. Here’s the larger size.
TIP: Use Nuvo Drops instead of sequins or enamel dots for fast and easy application of embellishments. It could also save you money, too! Keep your dots small so it “passes” the USPS mail requirements by being flat enough for a 1oz. first class postage.
TIP: Use a stamping tool such as a MISTI Tool to stamp multiple cards quickly. You will be able to repeat the process with consistent results.
Thanks for stopping by today. Look for clean and simple looks all week long on the Honey Bee blog and Instagram page.

Bobbi… Your work is just beautiful!
Thank you so much, Karen. I appreciate it. 🙂
Love these cards. Can you tell me where to find the sentiment “you are kind, I am grateful” on your snowflake card please?
It’s from the Grateful Heart stamp set. Here’s a link to it. https://shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=965221&u=2068375&m=69907&urllink=honeybeestamps%2Ecom%2Fproducts%2Fgrateful%2Dheart%2D4x6%2Dstamp%2Dset%3F%5Fpos%3D2%26%5Fsid%3D80104f970%26%5Fss%3Dr&afftrack=
The card in the banner was made by design team member, Jill Hawkins!
Oh how I love the Christmas trees. You have inspired me to get out my stencils and blend colors. THANK YOU
