Happy new week friends! It’s Keiko from Happy Tree Studio and I have this set of Thank you cards with flower bouquet to share with you all! I needed a set of thank you cards ASAP so decided to use the new Bold Botanicals stamp set and it’s coordinating dies to create a bouquet of flowers. This set requires no coloring so it was pretty quick to put together! I made five cards in the same design except the backgrounds and colors of the sentiments are all different.

I started off with die cutting all the florals I wanted use. When making multiple cards with same images, it is easier (for me) to first die cut them and stamp them using a stamp positioning tool rather than stamp them first and try to line up the coordinating dies each time. I place the negative piece in my Misti and pop in each blank die cut as I stamp. I used six flowers (and their stems/leaves) from Bold Botanicals set and stamped each of them with several colors of inks (light and dark except the one with blue and purple). TIP: I stamp the image with the light ink first and then layered the darker color to only a part of the image using a small sponge dauber. I then adhered all the flowers on their stems. It is clearly marked on the stamp set which ones go together so it is super easy to figure out!

Once all the florals are done, I die cut the wrap from some textured cream paper using Floral Bouquet Wrap die and adhered the florals inside. TIP: I used some foam tapes to make the bouquet look dimensional. Just don’t peel off the release paper off the flowers hanging out from the wrap until you are ready to adhere the bouquet to the card panel. I added some jute twines and the bouquets are ready!

I used three different colors of card stocks and three different background stamps/die to make five card panels (I am not good at making the multiple cards with the exact same colors and design since I get bored easily LOL). Here are the stamps and die I used:
Quilted A2 Cover Plate die
Woodgrain Background stamp
Farmhouse Check Background stamp

The sentiment is from the new Bitty Buzzwords: Fall set. I die cut the word ‘thankful’ from white card stock and the base ‘shadow’ from the coordinating colors of card stock. TIP: When adhering the word to its shadow, keep the shadow piece in the die. This will make it much easier to line up the word perfectly on the shadow! (See the photo below) The rest of the sentiments are stamped using the coordinating colors of inks.

Then, I adhered the bouquets and the sentiments to the panel and added some Crystal Clear Acrylic Hearts (Be Mine Clay Hearts for the kraft card) and glue them on the A2 top folding card bases.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
Have a wonderful week!!
