Hello friends! Happy new week! It’s Keiko from Happy Tree Studio and I have this adorable fall scene card to share with you. I haven’t done a scene card in a while and it’s about time to do one! I wanted to pair these super cute images from last fall release with the flower arch from the last release.

For the background, I inked a A2 sized Kraft card stock with blue and green Distress Oxide inks. I used Peeled Paint for the bottom third and Salvaged Patina and Broken China for the top two thirds. I then used the Grass Border Builder stencil with the same Peeled Paint ink to add some grass to the bottom. To add more texture to the background, I splattered it with the inks I used for the inking plus some white paint. The sentiment is from Better Together set and I white heat embossed it on the background panel. TIP: Make sure the background is completely dry before heat embossing to avoid the powder sticking to the area you don’t want!

I then stamped all the images on the same Kraft card stock using brown ink. The flower arch is from Perfect Day set and all the rest are from Better Together set. I colored all the images with my colored pencils except the greenery on the flower arch. For these I used the coordinating Perfect Day stencils to quickly add colors and then added some details with pencils. After coloring, I die cut them all with the coordinating dies.

I adhered most of the images with foam tapes except the few small elements that I tucked behind the other images. To finish off the card, I added some white vellum flower sequins with white gems as the centers, and added Glossy Accents to some areas.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Have a wonderful week!!
