Hello Bee friends. It’s Bobbi Lemanski here sharing some sweet projects featuring delicious strawberries. When I was young, my mom, two sisters and I would go to the local berry patch to pick strawberries. Mom would later make her fabulous strawberry jam to use throughout the year. It was soooo good!

My strawberry projects feature the following Honey Bee Stamps products:

Seeds of Kindness stamp set

Seed Packet die

Freshly Picked stamp set and coordinating die set

Pearfect Sentiments stamp set and coordinating die set

Straight Interactive Slider dies

Modern Spring 6″ X 6″ paper pad

The featured projects below are made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and seed packet. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue for adhering my elements together. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size unless noted.

Strawberry Card

This 5″ X 7″ greeting starts out with a white card base. I added a 5″ wide X 4-1/4″ long vine pattern paper to the top half. A 1/4″ strip of a warm gray cardstock finishes the edge. I stamped the strawberries using two Post-it Note strawberry masks to create the heap of berries for the carton (i.e., stamp, alternate the masks and stamp again). To color these strawberries, I used the following Copic marker colors:

  • Berries: R89, R56, R29, R27, R17, R14, YG000, YG00, YG01
  • Stems/leaves: YG67, YG63, YG03, YG00

To make the strawberry carton, I followed the directions shown above. The interactive slider dies make great openings for this berry carton!

I also stamped and die cut out the phrases using the Pearfect Sentiments stamp set and coordinating die set. Everything was assembled together and attached to the card base. I used Scrapbook Adhesives .25 Foam Squares in white to attach the filled carton to the card front.

Seed Packet Gift Card Holder

For the gift card, I die cut the seed packet and stamped the strawberry seed design on the front. I colored the berries and design using the colors listed above and assembled the packet. A gift card fits perfectly inside!

Here’s a look at the inside of the card and the back side of the gift card packet. I used verses from the Pearfect Sentiments stamp set (and coordinating die set) and the Seeds of Kindness stamp set to complete the projects.
