Hello, Honey Bee friends and happy Tuesday!! I hope this finds you all doing well!! Brenda here with a mostly die-cut birthday card to share with you today!!

I started by die-cutting all the elements for the cupcake from the Lovely Layers: Cupcakes & More Honey Cuts from yellow, pink, orange, green, blue, two shades of brown and frosted silver cardstock. I added a bit of shading with dye inks using Beeluxe Blending Brushes, then adhered all of the pieces together with Bee Creative Glue.

For the background, I die-cut all the layers from the Let’s Party Paper Pad using the Lovely Layouts: Party Frames Die Set. I also trimmed a panel of blue cardstock slightly larger than the polka dot layer, then adhered all the layers together with liquid glue. The cupcake was popped up with foam tape.

The sentiment, from the Celebrating You Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with bright pink ink and cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was also adhered with foam tape. I added Stardust Stickles to the frosting and cherry, then added Glossy Accents to the cherry and sprinkles. Blue gems from the Let’s Party Gem Sticker Pack added to the notched corners of the blue cardstock were the final finishing touch.

That does it for me today!! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful week!!

Brenda
