Hello Crafty Friends!!
Larissa here today for Day 6 of the 12 Designers Of Christmas event this year!! I’m so EXCITED to be Joining in the FUN!!
Today I’ve created a Christmas Card using a combination of both Stamped Images and a Stencil!! SWOON!! I LOVE the combination!!
I Started by Stamping and Embossing the Images from the NEW Country Christmas Wreath Stamp Set!! Then I used Copic Markers to color them in!! Gingerbread Man: E40, E42 & E43 Hearts: R14, R37 & R39
Then I used the coordinating Country Wreath Die Set to Die Cut them out!!
I Then Inked around the outside of my Card Panel with some Scattered Straw Distress Oxide Ink and then used some Purple Tape to mask off the Ground for my Tree!! Then I used the NEW Farmhouse Tree Detail Stencil and I Started with the Tree Basket Inking with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide Ink and then I Inked the detail to the Basket using some Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink!! Next I Stenciled the Tree Image!! I used Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Ink for the Main Tree Image and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Ink for the Tree Details and I LOVE how VIBRANT the Tree Image turned out!!
Next I placed the Gingerbread Man Images where I wanted them to go and then I added some stamped Branches with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink and the Shinning Image behind the Gingerbread Man Tree Topper using some Scattered Straw Distress Oxide Ink!! I added some of the Stars to fill in the Tree using some Rusty Hinge Distress Oxide Ink!!
Then I adhered the Gingerbread Men, Pinecones and the Hearts!! I wanted some Sparkle so I applied some of the Midas Touch Shimmer Pen to the Hears and the Pinecones and I LOVE the Golden Shimmer it adds to the overall design of the Tree!!
Here’s a Close up look at the Embossed Sentiment on the Inside of the Card!! I LOVE the Font!!

I’m extra excited because I just got this stencil in the mail yesterday. Gonna steel that color combination!!! Love the Gingies and I love that font too! MERRY CHRISTMAS ????♥️????

My mom made Santa Claus cookies and put them on our tree. Sweet memories of a sweet mom. This reminds me of her.
I love the little gingerbread men..they look so awesomely 3-D on the tree. Also, they kind of remind me of Gingy from Shrek :D.
