Hi there, everyone! Melissa B here today sharing a sweet bouquet of flowers using the Not Too Shabby stamp set. Let’s jump right in…
To begin, I die cut a few flower bouquets using the coordinating Not Too Shabby die collection. They were die cut out of watercolor paper and then each one was stamped in black ink. Next, I did a bit of messy water-coloring to color them in. ( I only used one of the bouquets for my card today, but always try to create extra dies so I have them on hand for later.) 🙂
I love the mason jar in this set, but wanted something a little different for my flowers to sit in, so I created a decorative paper wrap. I forget to mention the size of the square in the photo above…it measures 1.75″. I simply scored and folded it to create a pocket for my flowers to nestle into.
Before assembling my card, I did a little paint splattering on the front of my card base and added a strip of the gingham paper along the side. Next, came my sentiment, from Happy Everything. Before attaching my bouquet, I wrapped a piece of white twine around it and added a sequin and a tiny Diamond Dew Drop to the center of my red flower.
I hope you enjoyed. Have a happy day!
