Hello, crafty friends and Happy New Year’s Eve!! Brenda here today with a card featuring the beautiful Lovely Layers: Window Honey Cuts!!
I started by embossing a panel of light gray cardstock using the Rustic Brick Wall 3D Embossing Folder. I brought out the texture in the bricks a bit by dragging a Bee Creative White Pigment Ink Pad across the surface of the panel. Once dry, I trimmed it and used Bee Creative Glue to adhere it to an A2 white card base.
The pieces for the window were die-cut from teal, cream, aqua, green, pink, gray and white cardstock using the Lovely Layers: Window Honey Cuts Set. I added a bit of pink ink to the centers of the flowers using dye ink and Beeluxe Blending Brushes. All of the elements were adhered together using Bee Creative Glue, then adhered to the front of the card.
The sentiment, from the Lean On Each Other Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with bright pink ink and cut out with the Coordinating Die. I also die-cut three more layers from heavyweight white cardstock and adhered them behind the stamped one before adhering it to the front of the card. I added a bit of Star Dust Stickles to the center of each flower to add a bit of sparkle and this card was finished.
