Hello crafty friends! Leanne here and I have a fun card to share that is sure to brighten anyone’s day. I’ve made my own rainbow glitter paper for the background. It’s so easy to do!
I started by watercoloring the rainbow background on a panel of card stock. I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, but any type of watercolors would work. I simply blended one color into the next all the way down the panel. Then I used some Moonstone Glimmer Paste and gave the entire panel a very light coat. I trimmed the panel slightly smaller than A2 size and adhered to my card base.
Next I used the new Rainbow Wishes Honey Cuts to create the clouds and sun. I stamped and heat embossed the sun rays using WOW Unicorn Magic Embossing Powder. For the greeting I white heat embossed “you brighten my day” from the Thanks A Bunch stamp set and die cut with the coordinating Thanks A Bunch Honey Cuts. Finally I added some Cupcake Rhinestones for a little extra bling.
