You…. are tough as nails.
Good morning!! Emily Midgett here with you today, still riding the wave of excitement after an awesome release like we’ve had this past week. SO many fantastic new products! I’m smitten. <3 The new nail polish stamps and die sets are just so darn adorable that I couldn’t resist using them for my card today!
I started by die cutting the Nail Polish Bottle Card Die from some magenta foil and black card stock with a black glitter card stock bow. I adhered them all together, then added some Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the bottle lid and set it aside to dry.

After my polish bottle had been assembled, I stamped my background pattern on my A2 card base. I stamped images from Shine On and Angel Policy using Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink. (Stamping on dark cardstock using Oxide inks… total game changer!!! Those inks are SO versatile!) Tip for stamping a background pattern: start with your largest image first, then move to your next smallest image, and keep shrinking them down so that you are using your smallest image to fill in any gaps in the pattern. After I’d stamped my pattern, I heat embossed a greeting from Shine On and die cut the “you” using the coordinating dies.

Finally, I popped up the nail polish bottle and greeting on the card front using some foam adhesive. Lots of dimension and texture on this dramatic card front!
Well, that’s all for me today! I hope you’re enjoying all of the goodies from this anniversary release! So many new sets to love! Have a marvelous day! 🙂
