Hi there! It’s Bobbi Lemanski, back today with more new products from the Vintage Love release by Honey Bee Stamps. This vintage post box coordinates with the small-sized postcard and Mailbox Memos sentiment set. I’m using the following new Honey Bee Stamps products:

Vintage Mailbox A2 Card Base Honey Cuts dies

Mini Postcard Honey Cuts die

Postmarked stamp set and coordinating Honey Cuts dies

Mailbox Memos stamp set and coordinating Honey Cuts dies

Floral Heart 3D Embossing folder and Die

The featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panel. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue and for when I want more dimension, Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab for adhering my elements together. I use the Bee Creative Ink Pad – Clear Embossing And Watermark Ink for embossing on my card. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size.

To create this 5″ X 7″ card, I die cut the mailbox pieces from black cardstock and the postbox door and flap from antique gold cardstock and glued the pieces together. I added bronze drops to the design to enhance it. I embossed the “Kindly Deliver To:” phrase in gold on white, cut it, and attached it to the front of the box.

Next, I die cut three mini postcards in ivory, rose and an aqua blue and stamped them with travel destinations, stamps and cancellation marks. I splattered them with ink and shadowed the edges using Distress Oxide in in Hickory Smoke to make them look older. I hand scribbled addresses on them. The mini postcards were attached inside the post box door.

For the background, I embossed the white card front panel using the Floral Heart 3D Embossing folder and die, I used the Gilded color from the Tim Holtz Foundry Wax kit and my finger to rub color on to the raised florals of the embossed background. I also added a bit of color with dots of color in Copic RV93 (rose) and B00 (aqua blue) color around the outer edges. The mailbox was attached to the background and a crinkled ribbon bow attached to the top of the box. The card front was attached to the card base using glue. I added aqua blue pearls around the box and two gold pearl gem stickers on the lock to complete the card.
