So I’m not a coffee drinker, but I have many friends and family that are so I had to get the Coffee Break Stamp Set and Coffee Cup Card Dies. I thought together they would make a fun Christmas gift…
The Coffee Cup Card Dies makes it so easy to make a shaker card. I die-cut all of the pieces out of white cardstock and created a window using acetate. I adhered several layers of the coffee cup layers together to hold the shaker bits.
When shopping the Honey Bee Store, I fell in love with their Shaker Fun category. There offer so many unique embellishments. I chose the Coffee Beans Shaker Set to fill up the coffee cup. I love the realistic coffee look it gives…
I cut a piece of corrugated cardboard to create a cup cozy and dressed it up with the coffee cup image from the Coffee Break stamp set. I stamped it with Versa Fine Black Onyx ink and clear heat embossed it. I colored it with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and added a die-cut heart to the center.
For the inside of the card…
I created a pocket using one of the Coffee Cup Card Dies to hold a Starbucks gift card. I added the enjoy sentiment from the Gift Card Slots Die Set.
I also heat embossed the same coffee cup image on to a flap of an envelope to tie everything together.
I hope this has inspired you to create a shaker card.
A big thank you to Honey Bee Stamps for having me. I’m a big fan of their products. They are so fun to work with.
