Happy Monday friends! It’s Keiko from Happy Tree Studio and today, I have this snowy window scene card for you! Nothing is better than a cup of hot coffee (or tea for me) in the cold winter day and Mr. Snowman here is having a lovely cuppa! The window is dimensional but easily fit into an A2 standard envelop when mailing.

For the brick wall, I chose a piece of light grey card stock and used the new Rustic Brick Wall 3D embossing folder. I was really happy how it came out! Just look at the texture it gives!! The sentiment is from Let Nature Sing stamp set and after stamping it onto the same light grey card stock, I die cut it out with the coordinating die. I then die cut all the elements using the following die sets:
Lovely Layers: Window
Lovely Layers: Window Holiday Add-On (snow)
Build A Snowman (snowman and bird)

I used various colors of card stocks and for the curtains, I used pattern paper from the new Gingerbread Village paper pad. The snow is cut from glitter card stock. You can simply adhere these elements to the card panel and it will look beautiful because Honey Bee Stamps dies have so much details but I am a kind of card maker who can’t leave anything alone! So, I added some glitter to the greens and flowers, Glossy Accents to the flower centers and carrot nose and some pen details to the scarf. I also added enamel dots to the snowman’s eyes. TIP: When you glue these elements, you can use foam adhesives to some of them to make the scene pop. I used one layer for the greenery and two layers for the window. For the sentiment, I die cut three extra ones and adhered them on the back.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Wishing you a wonderful new year!!

I was shopping the big sale and had to stop shopping to come leave you some praise because I love your work! It was the rendition of Strawberry Thief that stopped me in my tracks, but comments are closed on that post. As I scrolled to find that card I kept finding things that sparked a “yes!!” (the oak branches cut from black cardstock as a Halloween wreath? genius!) You have great taste, boundless creativity, and perfect execution. Happy Holidays, Miss Keiko!
