Hi there, friends. It’s a pawsitively purrfect day to share a little kitty cuteness on the blog. It’s Bobbi Lemanski here with a “simply purrfect” card for any cat-loving friends! I’m using the Meow and Furever stamp set and coordinating Honey Cuts dies by Honey Bee Stamps.
For the basics… my featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panel. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue and for when I want more dimension, Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab for adhering my elements together. My blender brushes (large and small) are a must for ink blending color on the background, too. For white highlights, I use my white Gelly Roll pen. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size.

To make this 5″ X 7″ card, I stamped the kitties, watering can, fountain, garden pots, butterflies, birds and kitties using my Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I colored the images using Copic Sketch Markers. I used the following colors:
- Kittens: C4, C3, C1, C0, YR27, YR24, Y21, YR31and R20
- Flowers: BV13, BV00, BV000, V06, V05, V04, Y19, Y08, Y06, YR69, YR61, YG67, YG17, YG03
- Watering Can: B26, B06, B02, B00, B000, C3, C1, C0
- Flower pots: YR27, YR24, YR21, E31, E11, E00, E000
- Birds and butterflies: YR15, Y08, B02, B00, Y06, YR30
- Stones: YR27, E59, E55, E44, W4, W1
I die cut the images using the coordinating Honey Cuts dies. I needed a few more stepping stones for my scene so I hand drew some imperfect rectangular stones and colored them using the colors listed above. I fussy cut the stepping stones.

For the background of this outdoor scene, I ink blended an aqua blue and a green on an A2-sized piece of cardstock. I used my large blender brush to apply Ranger Distress Oxide Ink in Mowed Lawn and Mermaid Lagoon. I added small darker greet dots to the bottom half lawn.
I also created a stone arch using warm gray cardstock splattered with black watercolor paint and white ink. I also used warm gray markers to create the look of bricks. I die cut an arch from the cardstock and attached it over the blended background. I attached the images to create the scene, using Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab behind the foreground kitty for dimension. I added some white dots around the florals and stamped a sentiment at the bottom.
