Hello my Honey Bee friends!
I’ve started on my Valentine’s Day cards! I feel like Christmas was just yesterday, and now I’m thinking about February. The older I get, the quicker the days pass by.
I was so happy I when flipping through my Honey Bee stamp sets and came across the sweet little Happy Mail stamp set. I knew the envelope would be perfect to tuck under the little wing of this precious little Snow Bird.
I have linked a tutorial video below! If you’d rather watch on our YouTube Channel, please click HERE!
All of the supplies used in this video are found in the list at the end of this post!
The layers of this card were created by using the Honey Bee Stamps Stitched Rectangle Frames Dies. The 2 pink panels were cut and then windows were cut using a smaller die in all 3 layers. I made a simple shaker pocket with acetate and adhesive tape. The pocket was filled with the Sweetheart Sequin Mix. The greeting on the front of my card is from the Sending You Sentiment stamp set. I stamped it in Nuvo Clear Mark Ink and covered it in Ranger Bridal Tinsel Embossing Powder. Using my heat tool, I warmed the back of the paper first and then set the front at the very end.
The inside of the card was stamped with the Just My Type typewriter. I stamped it in light grey ink to match the card stock. I used the LOVE stamp from the Sending You Sentiment stamp set to go on the paper of the typewriter. The hearts floating above are from the same Sweetheart Sequin mix that I used in the shaker pocket.
