Hello, Honey Bee friends!! I hope you’re all doing well!! Brenda here with a card combining several products from the Adventure Awaits Release!! This looks like the perfect place to rest and relax to me!!
I began by die-cutting the pieces for the cabin and trees from white cardstock using the Summer Cabins Honey Cuts. I used Copic markers to add color and shading, then adhered all of the pieces together with Bee Creative Glue. I adhered a small piece of pale yellow cardstock behind the cabin so it would look like the lights were on inside.
I die-cut the dark green patterned paper from the Adventure Awaits Paper Pad with the largest die in the Deckle Edge A2 Die Set and adhered it to a panel of cream cardstock that was die-cut with the largest Sweet Stacks: Rectangle Die. Two of the ovals from the Sweet Stacks: Ovals Die Set were used to cut the tree patterned paper (also from the Adventure Awaits Paper Pad) and red cardstock. They were adhered to the center of the background panel with Bee Creative Glue.
The sentiment is from the Be Still Stamp Set. It was stamped onto cream cardstock with red ink, then cut out with the Coordinating Die. One of the large trees was adhered with Bee Creative Glue, while the other two trees, cabin and sentiment were popped up with foam tape.
Doesn’t this look like to perfect place to spend a long weekend? This would make an awesome retirement card!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a great day and I’ll see you next Tuesday!!
