Hi friends! Happy new week! It’s Keiko from Happy Tree Studio today and I have this cute market cart scene card to share with you! This is 5″ x 7″ card filled with adorable images.

The background is a piece of 5″ x 7″ watercolor paper and I drew wonky stripes using watercolors. The scallop panel was die cut from the same watercolor paper using the second largest die from Scallop A7 die set.

Using the brand new Market Card Builder die set, I die cut the main part of the market cart from watercolor paper and painted it yellow with the left over watercolor paint. The wheels are cut from silver foil card stock and the awnings from the striped pattern paper from Birthday Bash paper pad. I adhered the market cart to the panel with foam tapes and added the awnings also with foam adhesives.

The cute Dalmatian is from the new Puppy Dog Tails set and all the other elements including treats, balloons, signs, and banners are from the Treat Shop Add-On set. I stamped the images with water proof black ink and colored with watercolors. The “sweet TREATS” and images on the specials board are white heat embossed (I added color to the cupcakes with colored pencils). I then die cut all the images with the coordinating dies and adhered them with foam tapes and precision tip glue.

The sentiment is from Friends Furever set and I heat embossed it with teal embossing powder and die cut it out with the coordinating die. I layered two extra die cut on the back to make it pop from the panel.

To finish off the card, I added glitter to the sweets and the balloons and tied a piece of pink twine. I also added some Sugared Peach Acrylic Hearts.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
Have a wonderful week!

Thank you so much Andre! I don’t usually use yellow as the main color, but thought it would be a nice change!
