Hello, fellow stampers and happy Tuesday!! I hope your day is off to a great start!!

I have a fun card to share with you today in which I combined the House Builder Card Base with the Farmhouse Stamps & Dies for a house that’s all decked out for Independence Day!!

I began by stamping the images from the Farm House Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink, coloring them with Copics, then cutting them out with the Farmhouse Add-On Honey Cuts. I used a white gel pen to add “stars” to the flag. I set those aside and went to work on my house.

The House Builder Card Base Dies and Farmhouse Add-On Dies were used to cut several of the elements from colored cardstock. I cut the base from heavyweight white; the step, window frames and door handle from dark gray; the truss, posts, door and banister from brown; and the windows from light blue. The roof was cut from a sheet of patterned paper from the Home Essentials Paper Pad and the curtains from gray gingham included in the Back to Basics Paper Pad. I added some shiplap to my house using the Shiplap Siding Background Stencil and Pumice Stone Distress Oxide Ink. Copic markers were used to add some character to the “wood” door, truss, posts and banister.

Then all I had to do was adhere all of my elements together!! I just love all of the looks you can get using these House Builder Card Base Dies and all of the different add-ons!! This is Farmhouse is definitely one of my favorites!!!

How about you? What’s your favorite add-on to the House Builder? I’d love to know!!!

I appreciate you taking the time to stop by today!! Have a great week and I’ll see you next Tuesday!!!
