Hello, fellow crafters!! Brenda back with you today!! I can’t get enough of the darling pups in the Dog Gone Amazing Stamp Set!! They’re so darn adorable!!

I started by stamping the sweet pup in the wagon and the butterfly from the Dog Gone Amazing Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. I colored it with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I embossed the Paw Prints 3D Embossing Folder onto a panel of white cardstock. I trimmed it slightly and adhered it to an A2 panel of red cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set. I die-cut a panel of white cardstock with the second largest die in the Stacking Art Deco Labels Die Set. Blending brushes were used to add clouds using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and the cloud stencil in the Outdoor Scene Builder Stencil Set. I blended a bit of Twisted Citron Distress Ink onto the bottom of the label, then splattered it with diluted Mermaid Lagoon and Mowed Lawn Distress Ink to add some interest. The largest die in the Stacking Art Deco Labels Die Set was cut from red cardstock. The two labels were adhered together using Bee Creative Glue, then adhered to the front of the card. The dog and butterfly die-cuts were adhered with Bee Creative Glue.

The sentiment is also from the Dog Gone Amazing Stamp Set. It was stamped onto black cardstock with Bee Creative Embossing Ink, embossed with white embossing powder, then cut out with the Coordinating Die. I also die-cut three more layers from heavyweight white cardstock, adhered them behind the black one, then added them to the front of the card. I used a black glaze pen to add a bit of shine to the dog’s eyes and nose and this card was finished.

Isn’t that pup just absolutely darling?!?

That does it for me today!! Thanks so much for hanging out with me!! See you next Tuesday (and some of you this weekend at the Honey Bee retreat…yay!!).

Brenda
