Happy Tuesday, Honey Bee friends!! Brenda here with you today sharing a shaped card featuring the Lovely Layers: Front Porch and the Lovely Layers: Front Porch Summer Add-on Die Sets!!
I started by die-cutting all of the elements for the front porch from gray, brown, red, blue, white and gold mirror cardstock using the Lovely Layers: Front Porch and the Lovely Layers: Front Porch Summer Add-on Die Sets.
I added some details with a white gel pen, then adhered all the pieces together with Bee Creative Glue. The sentiment, from the Because of the Brave Stamp Set, was stamped onto blue cardstsock with Bee Creative Embossing Ink and white heat embossed. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape.
I trimmed a note card down to 3.5″ wide by 4″ tall and adhered it to the back of the porch to write my personal message. A white clay star from the Sparkler Sequin Mix was added to the star on the eve of the porch to finish it off.
I LOVE how this turned out!! What a perfect way to wish someone a Happy Independence Day!!
