Hello, Honey Bee friends!! Brenda here with you today!! I hope you’re doing well and getting prepared for the holidays!! ‘Tis the busy season, am I right? I’m finishing up the last of my holiday cards and the one I have to share today is one of my faves that I’ve created this year!!
Isn’t this Lovely Layers: Front Porch Honey Cut Set absolutely adorable? Ive combined it with the Lovely Layers: Front Porch Holiday Add-on Set and this card couldn’t be any cuter!!
I began by die-cutting all of the pieces from red, green, yellow, brown, white and gray cardstock using the Lovely Layers: Front Porch and the Lovely Layers: Front Porch Holiday Add-on Set. I blended a bit of Pumice Stone Distress Ink onto the gray pieces to bring out the texture in the siding and stone, then adhered it all together with Bee Creative Glue.
The sentiment is a combination of the Seasonal Sentiments and Mini Messages: Holiday Stamp Sets. They were stamped onto white cardstock with red ink and cut out with a die in the Seasonal Sentiments Coordinating Dies and a Mini Messages Banner Die. I die-cut three more of each from heavyweight white cardstock and adhered them to the back of the stamped one for dimension, then adhered them across the door of my house with Bee Creative Glue.
I added some red pearls to the wreath and a single gold pearl for the door knob from the Holiday Wishes Pearl Sticker Pack to finish it off the front of the card. I adhered a 4″ x 4″ top-folding white card base to the back to include a personal message.
