Happy Monday to you! Melissa B here starting this week off with a birthday card featuring sweet Pinky! I am in serious need of some birthday cards that are geared for all the littles in my life, and thought Pinky would be perfect. I mixed her with a few other Honey Bee products to create a card that was bright and cheery and sure to make the littles smile! 🙂

I started with die-cutting a piece of aqua cardstock using the Sunburst A2 Cover Plate. I attached that to the front of a white card base and then moved onto die-cutting a frame for Pinky to sit on, using the A2 Double Stitched Frames. Along the bottom of that frame I added a strip of grass, die-cut with the Grass Border.

Now it’s time for Pinky. After die-cutting her, I attached her in front of the grass and added her party hat and balloon, from Penny the Platypus.

Happy Birthday is a mix of Congrats Grad and Cheerful Sentiments. That was popped us underneath Pinky with a bit of dimensional foam. To finish my card, I added white crochet thread for my balloon string.

That wraps up this Monday for me. Thanks for taking the time to visit with us today!
