My slimline card measures 8-1/2″ wide X 3-1/2″ tall. I used the Slimline Sentiments: Eyelet die to create the pink scallop frame edge. A pink ombré pattern paper from the Playful Pastels 6″ X 6″ Paper Pad was used for the background.

I created a pastel wash of watercolors on watercolor cardstock and die cut the patterned eggs from the watercolor paper using the Build an Egg Honey Cuts die set. I used pastel-colored, solid cardstock colors to back each egg.

I created two shaker eggs for the front. I used the frame die in the Build an Egg Honey Cuts set to create the colored front frame and a cushion from 3mm craft foam. The foam is necessary to allow the shaker bits to move around and shake. I used the solid egg die to cut the clear acetate front to hold all the pieces in. I used Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue to adhere all the layers together and seal in the sequins. I used the Spring Lullaby and Joyful Sequins for the shaker bits.

I added the cute bunny, two chicks, the phrase and two bows from the Easter Buddies stamp and coordinating die sets to the card. The cute bunny is holding a mini egg from the Itty Bitty Eggs Honey Cuts die set. 🙂
