Good morning! Emily Midgett here with you today to share a super sweet project. Like basically everyone on the planet, donuts are pretty much one of my most favorite foods. (If you don’t like donuts, then I don’t think we can be friends. Just sayin’.) And they’re just so darn cute, which is why they’re eeeeeverywhere, including in the new Donut Worry stamp and die sets.
I started by die cutting the greeting using the Donut Worry word dies and their coordinating outlines in a cheerful bright blue and white color scheme. I also die cut the donut in tan and dark chocolate brown. I adhered everything together with liquid adhesive.
Next, I used the stamps in the Donut Worry stamp set to stamp a cute little pattern on an A2 panel of pale pink card stock. I first lightly blended some Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink around the edge of the panel, then stamped the donuts and sprinkles in Antique Linen Oxide Ink and more Worn Lipstick Oxide Ink.
I adhered the greeting and donut using dimensional foam adhesive in the center of the card front. I love the cheerful, bright color scheme! Really lets the adorable sentiment stand front and center.
Well, that’s all for me today! I hope you’re enjoying your new Honey Bee goodies from the latest release! Have a marvelous weekend!
