Good morning, and welcome back to Honey Bee Stamps! I’ve got a cute little set of cards to share with you today. I made these sweet little 3×4 cards using a few of the new products from the February release.

I started by die cutting six rectangles with the stitching detail. I cut a curved line along three of them to create a hill inĀ  the background and used my mini ink blender to apply Lucky Clover Distress Ink to each piece. I spritzed them with water, dabbed them with a paper towel and set them aside to dry. Next I used my ink blender to apply Squeezed Lemonade to the 3 full rectangles that were left. I tried to make the center lighter than the edges.

Next I took the strip stamp from the Celebration Box set and used it to make sun beams. I stamped it alternately in Mustard Seed and Fossilized Amber. I did this to each of the three rectangles. Next I stamped and colored three of the cats from the Curious Kitties set and cut them out. I also did the same with some of their toys. There are so many cute elements in this set, you really can spoil these kittens with all the scene building images!

I attached all of the pieces onto the sun rectangle and splattered some white paint to add more texture to the background. Then I added the kittens and their toys with glue and foam tape. I finished the card with a sentiment pulled from the Hooray set. And that finishes my card! I hope you enjoyed these little cuties! They’re the most adorable little size, and because of that it went so fast to put them together. I hope you all have a great rest of your day. Thank you so much for stopping by!
