Hello friends! Happy new week! It’s Keiko from Happy Tree Studio and I have my very first Christmas card for the season to share with you today. I used the cute barn die from the new On the Farm die set together with bunch of house die sets.
For the background, I die cut a light gray card stock with Slimline Sentiments: Stitched die to create a slimline panel. I also die cut white card stock with the same die and then use the hill die from Horizon Slimline Borders to layer on top as a snowy ground. The sentiment is from Home For the Holidays set and I white heat embossed it on the grey panel. For the snow, I used some white embossing paste over the Winter Wonder Background stencil. TIP: I masked off the sentiment with some masking tape so I will not have any snow on it.
It took me a while to die cut all the elements I used on this card, but once you do, this card is very simple to put together. You just need to assemble the houses and adhere on the card panel (I used a combination of liquid glue and foam tapes). I used colored card stock in various shades and didn’t even add any inking or coloring! Here are the die sets I used:
On the Farm
Winter Village
Summer Cabins
After adhering all the houses, I added some white paint splatters for more snow. Thank you so much for stopping by today. Have a wonderful week!

Keiko, I love your Christmas village. It reminds me of the Christmas village my mom puts out every year. I love your card such a beautiful scene, with such intricate details.
Oh my gosh, this is adorable! I now need the other house dies!
