Hi Honey Bee fans!   Kimberly here today to share my first creation using the upcoming new Honey Bee release!  I combined two great new sets to create this card – Country Wreath and Bless Your Heart.

I stamped the wreath in a kraft colored ink and added some extra twigs for fullness.   I also added a few sprigs of greenery by stamping once and then stamping again without reinking (second generation stamping).   A few red berries here and there added some color.   I stamped the large ‘Blessed’ sentiment across the wreath using my MISTI to get nice bold and even coverage.   The size of the wreath and the sentiment let the card stand on its own without much in the way of embellishment – love that!   I simply added a red scalloped edge and mounted the panel to some kraft and brown striped patterned paper.

I hope you’ve been enjoying the sneak peeks you’ve seen this week!   I’ll be back again with another project next week!

Love the card and all the sneak peeks so far. Was wondering if you would consider adding a “wishlist” option to your items in your shopping area. I can’t always afford to buy something right away but love to have the option to email my wishlist to family when they ask what I’d like for a birthday or Christmas gift. I don’t have that option with your products and would love to see that available. Thanks for sharing your talents with all of us.

Love your use of drama in the word Blessed. Wondering if the ‘bless’ part of blessed can be used alone? I wonder also be interested in seeing a wish list option as I tend to use that option on other sites. Again, love your card!

    • Hello Marsha… Yes! You will be happy to know that the word “Bless” is a separate stamp… and then included in the stamp set you will find different verb tenses to end the word “Bless” 🙂 It’s a very versatile stamp set!
