Hi friends! I hope everyone is having a wonderful December so far.  I’m still making Christmas cards and I’m sharing a fun one today featuring the Bee Bold Alphabet Honey Cuts.  I wanted to cover the front of my card with a big, bold, and colorful sentiment. The Bee Bold alphas are perfect for this.

I started by making some custom colored and patterned card stock to die cut my letters out of.  I picked out some red, green, and blue ink.  I sponged the ink colors onto separate pieces of Bristol Smooth card stock.   To add pattern I used the Bitty Patterns stamp set with the same ink colors to create tone on tone pattern.  I then die cut the letters to spell out “happy holidays”.

On the front of an A7 card base I stamped some tiny snowflakes in the same blue ink I used for a few of the letters.   The snowflakes are from the Snow Birds stamp set.  I also stamped and colored the adorable little snowbird image from that set.  I added the letters with 3D Foam Strips.  I used an T-ruler to ensure my letters were nice and straight.

I love the way this card turned out.  It was quick and easy but still resulted in a festive card that will be sure to brighten anyone’s holiday.
