Hello, Honey Bee friends!! I hope your week is off to a great start!! Brenda here with a card featuring the Anchor of Hope Stamps, Paradise Plumerias Stamp Set and the Netting A2 Cover Plate Die!!
I started by stamping the images from the Anchor of Hope and Paradise Plumerias stamp sets onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added dots to the centers of the flowers and highlights to the anchor with a white gel pen, then cut them out with the Anchor of Hope and Paradise Plumerias coordinating dies.
For the backgournd, I die-cut the Netting A2 Cover Plate Die from white cardstock and layered it over a panel of aqua cardsock that was cut out with the largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set. The plumerias were adhered in each corner with Bee Creative Glue and the excess was trimmed from each edge. I die-cut an oval from vellum with the fifth largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Ovals Die Set and adhered the anchor to it with foam tape. I added Bee Creative Glue to the back of the vellum, only behind the anchor, and adhered it to the center of the card.
The sentiment is also from the Anchor of Hope Stamp Set. It was stamped onto black cardstock with Bee Creative Embossing Ink, embossed with white embossing powder, then cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was adhered with a combination of foam tape and Bee Creative Glue. A sprinkling of True Pearls Pearl Stickers finishes off the card.
I love the combination of these colors and how well these products work together!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful week and I’ll see you next Tuesday!!
